Expedition Car - The Geologist's Expedition Car

My daughter spent a solid hour assembling the suspension and steering before she'd even take the car outside. The little rock collecting tray on the back is such a clever touch, she's been filling it with pebbles from the yard all week.

This build had my 9-year-old troubleshooting and figuring out how the pieces lock together — exactly the “think like an engineer” payoff I was hoping for. He was proud when the car finally rolled.

My 9-year-old spent two hours building the suspension for this car and didn't ask for the tablet once. The rock-collecting tray is a clever touch, he keeps loading it with gravel from the driveway. Solid little kit, the pieces snap together without needing me to hover.
