Battle Bugs - Center of Mass

My kid figured out the center of mass trick within an hour and now he's obsessed with tweaking the weights to win every match. The little bug designs are sturdier than they look too, survived plenty of drops onto the kitchen floor.

The center of mass experiment really clicked with my nephew — he spent a good hour tweaking the bugs to balance perfectly. It's a clever way to sneak in some physics without it feeling like school.

My kids spent an entire rainy afternoon swapping the bug parts around to see which combos balanced and which tipped right over. It's genuinely a thinking toy, not just a crash-and-bash one, and I caught myself tinkering with it after they went to bed.
